When you see the World Trade Center you see a pond there.  Everything they put up there immediately decays.  Rust will rust the steel within days.  So they had to move a pool there to absorb the non-self quenching of what they did.  It’s the first they’ve fired something like this at such huge capacity.

Not only weapons, not just HAARP, but they can make and motivate and guide hurricanes.  This is how hurricane Erin got up to 100 miles off the coast of 9-11.  They used part of the hurricane as the force of what they’re doing with molecular disassociation.

Same with Katrina.  Rocked it right straight into New Orleans.

Japanese not only have that, but they have touchy feely holograms.
